Workflow coaching for founders and entrepreneurs - Begins with a free Fit Call

…my life has become more structured
– in a good way.
“As a convinced user of the GTD methodology, I feel my life has become more structured - in a good way. I can maintain a clear focus on my priorities and I achieve a lot more than before. This is true for my work but also in my private life. Because GTD frees up resources and time, I have more space for leisure, sports, health and fun!”
Thomas Leubner
Chief Learning Officer, Siemens

The work with Next Action was essential…
“Finding GTD 8 years ago was life-changing – in both my personal and professional lives. Frankly, I can’t really remember how I managed ‘pre-GTD’. Now, having all of the commitments in my life in one place – my commitments to others and others’ to me – gives me a tremendous sense of inner peace and allows me to really be present and focus on what I have in front of me. I rarely forget things I’ve committed to these days. The work with Next Action was essential, both in getting things set up initially and with tune-ups over time. Over time I’ve been able to offer GTD to my teams, and many of them have also become GTD fans.”
Stefan Feltens
CEO, Shop Apotheke Europe

As a result of GTD, I’m faster, less stressed, and happier at work and in life.
“Having personally embarked on the GTD journey almost five years ago now, I can honestly say this personal productivity methodology has changed my life dramatically for the better. As a result of GTD, I’m faster, less stressed, more able to make decisions and happier at work and in life.”
Spencer Hanlon
COO, Nium

It starts with a free diagnostic “good-fit” call, in which we explore with you where you are and what you want to achieve. If we’re confident we can help, then we'll explain how the coaching works. If we’re not, we’ll tell you — and point you in the right direction. No matter what happens, one our key goals for the call is to add value to you before we finish.

on what to do next
1.
A capture and clarifying system
Never drop the ball again, and gain fresh perspective on how to consistently distinguish signals from noise – and get the right things done every day.
2.
Clarity on all major projects
Make sure that no time is ever wasted on doing any project that is not aligned with your long, medium and short terms goals.
3.
A systematic approach to maintaining perspective
Using our clearly defined steps to get the overview on everything you have on, you end the week ready to relax on the weekend, and end the weekend with your mind clear and ready to hit the ground running on Monday morning.
Day 1
Building your system
Review your current system and preferred working tools and practices
Explain what world-class looks like and explore your gaps
Communicate the core models and best practices of GTD
Work with you to create a bespoke dashboard - a system that gives you what you need when you need it
Capture all of your current commitments and begin to clarify what they mean for you in terms of action
Day 2
Populating your dashboard
Populating your dashboard
Get control of email and other messaging
Ensure your strategic vision and operational priorities are aligned
Establish a clear system for tracking delegation and following up in a timely manner
Introduce models to develop your strategic vision and ensure that’s it’s executed
Plan key projects with enough structure and detail to give you confidence they are on track
Working more hours, adding more things to your to-do list, or working harder is not the answer. You know that – you’ve tried it, many times.
Most founders and senior level execs try to do more, not less, and exhaust themselves. The breakthrough comes from doing the opposite: find the one weakest link in your system, fix that first, and let the whole system speed up behind it. That’s the entire focus of these two days — and it’s the work we do every day.
We only run the coaching workshop if we believe we can dramatically affect your ability to do more of the right things, and with considerably less stress.
That’s why every engagement starts with a free ‘good-fit’ call. We look at your current workflow system, and tell you honestly whether this is a problem we can help you crack. If it is, you’ll know what “good” could look like before you commit a penny.

If it’s a fit, you book the 2-day coaching and we get to work on your workflow.
Tell us a little about your situation. We’ll set up a short diagnostic call to check it’s a genuine fit, and give you an honest read on what’s possible.
No cost, no obligation, no hard sell.
A straight answer on whether the coaching is right for you.
You only book the £6,760.00 coaching intensive if we’re confident we can help.
We work with you to analyse your current tools, practices and preferences, then build you a dashboard to hold all of your current commitments – work and personal. We then work with you to capture all of what has your attention, and help you clarify what it means for you, and where it should live on the dashboard. Once it is built and populated with all of your to-dos, we show you how to use it to make much more confident decisions about the use of your time, and how maintain the system over time. We’ll plan some of your key projects so you learn a simple method of thinking them through and getting into action quickly, and help you be sure that your current longer-term goals are aligned with what you are actually doing each day.
A dashboard of all of your commitments – work and personal – that will enable you to make consistently better choices about what you do next.
We’ll work that out for sure on the call with you, but if you have a big vision and are struggling to make it real, or if you feel you are making it real at the cost of your health or the health of your key relationships, we might be a good fit.
£6760 for a pre-call to make sure we’re ready to hit the ground running when we meet, the two day coaching intensive, and two additional follow up hours to support integration. Most people choose to add a third day of follow ups, which gives them support for several months following the coaching intensive.
If you work with a dedicated assistant, we suggest you offer them a day of coaching as well. They don’t need to do it exactly as you do (they’re likely much better than you are already!), but they do need to understand what you’re doing and how they can support you in doing it consistently over time.
We’ll let you know that, and make suggestions about other things you might try. Whatever else happens on the call, we are committed to finding you some no-cost value just for showing up.
